HerShield required safety-critical product flows where reliability and privacy are non-negotiable. The product needed to handle real-time actions, location-dependent states, and operational tooling without turning into a fragile monolith.

The goal was to ship quickly without compromising scalability, security, or maintainability — while keeping the UX premium and simple for end users.

We designed a modular architecture with a clean separation of concerns, implemented robust role-based access control, and built high-confidence real-time workflows using resilient event patterns.

Delivery was milestone-based: first shipping the MVP foundations, then iterating on key flows, admin tooling, and performance hardening.
