Mobility products break quickly without the right real-time and geo foundations. Rydex needed dependable driver matching, accurate tracking, and operational visibility — even with network variability and peak demand spikes.

The product also needed a clean UX for both riders and drivers, with predictable state transitions and safe fallbacks.

We designed matching workflows using geo-indexed queries and event streams for tracking. Operational dashboards provided visibility into trips, support workflows, and customer issues.

The system was built with scalability in mind so new regions and business rules can be added without rewriting the core.
